Hintz Learning and Development

Hintz Learning and Development is focused on people development.  Whether you are a company leader who is developing your individual contributors to become managers, or want to help leaders take their next step, or are an employee looking to grow, we can help you.

We specialize in facilitation, coaching and organizational development on topics such as giving and receiving feedback, performance management and communication skills.  We help companies and individuals understand themselves, and others on their teams by using DiSC assessments to be better leaders and communicators.

We also help companies who may need a thought partner in Learning and Development (such as helping develop a class, mentoring a facilitator, or designing an all-hands meeting to be both informative and experiential).  We can help with all of those things.

HLD is committed to actionable results, learning support and recognition of progress.  And equally important, giving back to make this world a better place.
