The goal is learning with behavior change

 

For some employees, improving their skills is part of their job satisfaction. They want to get better, and do better,so that they can contribute more fully to the organization.

These sessions can be customized to fit your organization’s needs and schedules. Many can be completed in 1/2 day or 2 hour sessions, and will include pre-work, feedback and post-work to increase behaviorial change. During the sessions, participants will work in groups, report out and “risk” a little (in a safe environment). Think less “data-dumping” and more engagement for learning.
